Molometer (his real name is Michael Mulcahy) started his vlogging (video logging) not even a month ago. Since then he's produced about one vlog episode a day.
His vlogs are so wide ranging and interesting that his ever-growing fan base is already looking forward to them well before he’s clicked on his YouTube channel’s publish button. |
The following vlog features an “Epic fail” with his drone, a Christmas gift. It’ll explain quite eloquently, my description of Michael. It also shows you that a vlog is a great way to document daily or weekly events. It’s a video log!
I’m suppressing giggles as I write this, thinking of some truly hilarious episodes Molometer has provided us. As a teacher, he obviously knows when you make the students laugh, they’re learning!
The first thing that happened was he figured out how to work the childproof locks on the gate that separated him from the older children. They had to be changed.
His second accomplishment was to figure out the lock on the low wall closet that contained the fire extinguisher. This required the fire department guys,( in uniform) to bring an alternate security system in.
After this he was watched very diligently by the staff!
These days Mark is a guy with many talents. His main passion is fishing, from every angle you can imagine. His days are incredibly full, and he has a paid job teaching children how to fish. He has wide ranging interests and and huge abilities.
I guess this is a salute to two funny, philosophical guys who give and share their talents freely with others. It's also looking at curiosity being a flame to encourage in young children, even if you have to grit your teeth sometimes to deal with it. Curiosity leads to discovery, discovery to passion and expertise.
